Eyes on the Road is a family app that enables parents to monitor their new drivers through their smartphones - Anytime and from Anywhere.
Click on a topic to expand:How Does It Work?
Think of this as something like Facetime or video chat. Eyes on the Road connects the parents phone to the front and rear cameras of their new drivers' phones. The driver mounts their phone on the dashboard or windsheild and the parent clicks on a button to see the front and rear cameras, and listen to the the sounds in the car. Sure, it's spying on your kids; but we're interested safe driving.
Why is The Keep Sober Foundation Sponsoring This?
Research suggests that approximately 70% of people have some level of smartphone addiction - more so with kids. While not
yet classified as such, it is similar to problem gambing. Prevention and early intervention
is our organization's mission, The KeepSober Foundation,
mission.
KeepSober is licensed in Maryland for tele-behavioral health and approved for online DUI programs in Maryland and Pennsylvania. To date, over 10,000 people have completed our programs.
Means:
Our software and support services are field proven and robust.
Partners
To reach our intended audience we want to partner with organizations that have an interest in people driving
safely. These are highway safety departments and organizations that 'influence young drivers'. We think of friends and family (e.g.,
PTA's) that worry about their kids driving at night to be referrers to
our Certificate Program.
Using avatars, we are able to extend our Program to include other organizations' content. That is, we can add content specific to local requirements.
Additionally, we 'white label' our programs to seamlessly integrate with other websites.
More On Capabilities
Our technology infracture is developed as a drop in multimedia content and go. We provide:
* Software as a service (SaaS),
* Content production plus on going upgrades and
* End user technical support. PS: Often overlooked but absolutely necessary.

How Did We Get Here?
We practice continuous improvement. That is, we're looking for better ways to
enhance our current programs for SBIRT ( or early intervention of
addictions). Our research into accident causation led us down a path
that pointed to smartphone use while driving causes more accidents and
fatalities than DUI's.
AND, smart phones use can, and does in 70% of people, becomes an addiction.
Researchers are calling this addiction Nomophobia (No MO PHone phobia).
